You’ll struggle to find cheap flights to Romania from July to August as these are the busiest months of the year, as well as the hottest. Make sure you secure your flight tickets in advance to avoid paying through the teeth for flights. Spring and Autumn are lovely warm seasons to visit and you’ll find cheap flights to Romania much more accessible.

Blue Air and Wizz Air are the main two airlines that provide cheap flights to Romania. They are both budget airlines and as such don’t expect luxury of any kind.
